Returns (Exchange & Store Credit)
Our policy is 7 calendar days from your delivery date, that we have on file (includes date of delivery as day 1). If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible to return for exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags adhered. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. If you are opting for an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to our store and a fee for us to return the new merchandise to you. There are goods exempt from being returned for any reason, intimates (panties, bras, shape-wear or lingerie).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer they will not accept it and we cannot assist without having the merchandise in our warehouse.
Sale items ending in $0.96 (ninety-six cent) are not exchangeable and may not be eligible for store credit. Only regular priced items may be refunded based upon the above.
